Clark's Original Large Pie
Potato and Beef Pie - Oval shape pie, minced beef with potatoes in a gravy base contained within a substantial short crust pastry. The popular traditional Clark’s pie recipe was developed many years ago and has mostly remained unchanged. Out trademark CLARPIE is stamped into the pastry base of every pie.

Potato and Beef Pie - Round shape pie, minced beef with potatoes in a gravy base contained within a substantial short crust pastry. The same great taste as our large pie but a smaller size more suited to smaller appetites. CLARPIE trademark stamped into the pastry base.

Clark's Original Large Pie - Tikka Flavour
Our own original beef recipe meat with a spicy tikka flavouring, wrapped in our substantial shortcrust pastry - Oval shape pie. The idea for this pie flavour was inspired by the alleged history of the Tikka Masala dish. The story goes that a Chicken Tikka was served to a customer who enquired "Where's my gravy?". The angry chef responded by adding a tin of soup and some spices, but the customer loved his Chicken Tikka with 'gravy'. And so, it is with that inspiration, Clark's launched their own version of the 'Tikka with Gravy'.

Clark's Original Pasty Small / Regular / Large
Crescent shaped vegetable and beef filling contained within a light short crust pastry. The original pasty recipe was developed by Dennis Dutch approximately 45 years ago. Our pasties are renowned for their delicious zangy “bite”.
The Original Pasty has always been available in the “regular” size, but due to popular demand, we are now producing a large version with the same traditional pasty recipe.
